Terms and Conditions


By hiring Promise Events Ltd to provide event decoration services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the services provided, expectations, and responsibilities for both parties.

Promise Events will provide event decoration services as detailed in the invoice agreed. This may include the setup of floral arrangements, backdrops, lighting, centerpieces, draping, and other decorative elements as agreed upon. Any additional services reuested 1 week in advance to your event can be added and will incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities
• The client must provide Promise Events with all necessary event details, including the event date, venue location, theme and any other special requirements.
• The client must ensure that the venue is accessible and available for setup before the event begins at the agreed time.


Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due upon booking to secure the date and services.
• The remaining balance can be split into monthly instalments or paid in full, the full balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, Promise Events reserves the right to cancel the event or charge a late fee.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or through the link on your invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds
• Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
• However, if the client wishes to cancel the event, the amount paid may be credited towards any other service offered by Promise Events, provided the service is booked in advance. This credit option is subject to availability and must be used within the year of the original event.
• If the client cancels the event less than 7 days before the event credit is non-refundable.
• If the client reschedules the event, the deposit and payments made may be applied to the new event date, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be done prior and within the same year.

Changes to the Event
• Any changes to the agreed-upon decoration elements, timeline, or venue must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Additional charges may apply for any changes made.
• Promise Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate last-minute changes, but no guarantees can be made.

Liability and Insurance
• Promise Events is not liable for any damage to the venue or property caused by the decoration materials unless caused by Promise Events Ltd negligence.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is insured against any damage that might occur during the setup or event.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
The customer is responsible for the safe custody and care of all goods from the time of delivery until collection by our staff. All breakages, damaged items will occur replacement charges.
Payment of your invoice assumes you are accepting our full Hire Terms and Conditions which can be read on our website.
